How to stop Anspress theme auto-update? (Website works fine at 3.0.6)

My website has dead links when I update to versions above 3.0.6. I wish I would just stay at that old version since it is stable for now, but my WP updates the Anspress theme even after I
– Switch Core (Minor/Major/theme) OFF
– Used WP Rollback plugin to get to the previous version. It re-updates again 🙁

I am fully satisfied with 3.0.6. How can I make it stick there?
