How to prevent spam signups?

My site has been getting what looks like spam bot signups, about 10 over the weekend. What is the best way to prevent or stop this altogether?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

As I said earlier there are lots of plugin available for blocking bots to register on site. Technically it impossible to block every spammer but recognized spammer will be blocked. Search WordPress repo.
