Is there anyway that you will help me to disable my website users to answer a closed question as follows using anspress?

Thank you for your reply.

I tried to upload your plugin 2.0 from here https://github.com/wp3/anspress/archive/Reborn.zip bur it caused a code error to disable uploading.
Fatal error: Call to undefined method anspress::instance() in /home/snowyk5/public_html/caselaw/wp-content/plugins/anspress-Reborn/anspress.php on line 258

Yes, I want to add this feature with 1.4.3 could you help me out please.

This feature is already added in 2.0, let me know if you want to add use this feature with 1.4.3
