How populate “how to ask” tab?

Hello,

I’m starting to use Anspress and like to populate the “how to ask” tab but as is inthis page, I only have the shortcode displayed…

Is someone could help me?

Create a page with “How to ask” content and then go to AnsPress option -> general and select page in how to ask select field.

Auto displays content for question page, but assumes users not to expect auto displayed directions on other pages, especially when the settings don’t say “your own” description. Expects user to waste time testing random methods. Common sense.

More data: plugin theme too narrow to display more than two tabs.

Would that simply make it a duplicate question? Maybe support is a ticket system , not a Q&A.
