How easy would it be to merge an existing AnsPress installation with a new website?

Hi there,
I haven’t worked with AnsPress before, but have a requirement to merge an existing installation with a new website. Has anyone ever done anything like this, and if so, are there any pitfalls I should be looking out for?

Sorry, I meant to add that the existing site is currently running AnsPress 4.1.15
