No. You have to update whole AnsPress from manually downloading from GitHhb.

What will happen if new update of anspress comes also there is a bug, when I tried to edit a answer it gives error message this is happening on your site only.

Added a new filter hook in avatar addon. Check here: ap_addon_avatar_colors. Update manually from GitHub to use this hook now.
