Hello Bilgi,
It can be changed from wp-admin -> AnsPress Options -> Addons -> Categories

I edited it, but it does not affect the site.

Are you on WpEngine or other managed wp hosting then sometime flushing cache solves the issue.

I do not currently use the cache plugin.

Please show an screenshot of your category options
