i have created my home page as shown in screenshot. but there are some errors.

1. when i click ask question, ask question page opens. but the question is not posted. I have used andpress ask question widget.
2. The list of questions are not displayed properly. also [question] shortcode is not working.
3. now that i have customized individual section. how do i prevent user to ask question before logging in
