Formatting/Layout: Moving question; change all caps; and add spaces between Categories?

I installed AnsPress and it serves most of my needs. I have a formatting questions:

On Question page:
1. How can i move this question below the graphic?
2. How can I remove all caps from question?
3. How can I get a space or comma between listed categories?

1. How do I get rid or change “added_label”?
