Few more suggestions & one bug !

Hi Rahul,

I have few more suggestions for next release, plz. consider these in your project.

1. Update user level after particuar repo.
2. Use anspress as forum format or question answer format in setting.
3. Show all category for category widget or other anspress widget at storefront.
4. Smile codes.
5. User can edit user profile description by adding links, images & their contribution to forum etc.,
6. open notification link in new tab.
7. Option to change color of anpress links, background in setting.

Another bug in anspress:- I posted this question 15 minutes back & now its showing 5 hours back.

If any of these features already exist plz. inform me.
