How to set a question as featured? Can I set a question which can be answered only by admin? Thanks.

Please take a look at this shortcode of bbPress:
[bbp-single-forum id=$forum_id] – Display a single forums topics. eg. [bbp-single-forum id=32]
Do you have this kind of shortcode to display a single question?
