Feature Request: Split pls Anonynous ASK and REPLY

Hello.

While Asking as anonymous is probably wanted by some, IF that is Acticated in Anspress then anon users can also REPLY a Question.

I think this must be split to TWO options. Ask anon and Reply anon.

Non-loggedin user can post questions and answers.

Must be split. Allow Anon Post and be able to not allow anon to Answer.
