Error removing plugin

I receive an error while trying to remove the Anspress plugin:

Are you using 2.4.X?

I think it is due to the PHP version used 7+

I’m using the latest Anspress version 3.0.3 and latest WordPress.

Could the usage of PHP 7 has something to do with it?
