Questions and answers are displayed correctly on the desktop.
New questions that are asked and an answer is recorded for them, the answers are not seen on the mobile phone.
I have encountered this problem on many occasions and I have seen this problem with other phones before.

This definitely sounds like a mobile rendering or caching issue rather than a problem with the answers themselves. If the answers appear on desktop but not on mobile, it’s worth checking the mobile theme, JavaScript errors, caching plugins/CDN, and whether any custom CSS is hiding the accepted answers on smaller screens.
