You can use

get_the_title(get_question_id());

I do not understand what actually you are trying to do.

he wants to rearrange one long list to three short lists. That’s a job for css. Custom php for loop would work as well.

Correct Dima, I want to split on 3 cols my list of questions.
Also CSS how-to will be welcome ; )
