Did anybody tried realtime addon ?

I have recently added real time addon, which load new contents without reloading page. When user receive new answer comment etc, page automatically load the new content without refresh.

I am using server sent event for realtime update.
Please let me know your feedback.

Use with caution, it may slow down your server.
