Description field and more not working properly

Hi guys. The Description field on my installation of your plugin (http://www.butterflyty.com/questions/) isn’t working properly. Could you please let me know the cause? Also, non-logged-in users can’t upload images, and I don’t know how to enable WYSIWYG tools like yours shows here. Could you please let me know what the issue is? Thanks.
