If a Question is permanently Deleted, the related Image(s) is NOT deleted from the media library.

I’m not sure if this is by design or a bug, but for me the related image(s) should be removed.

I am aware of this. But I am confused if I should implement it or not. Cause if same image is used in multiple posts then it will give 404 error for other posts.
