Child Theme Content Disappears

Hi,

If i enabled a askbug-child theme, like in this question, a lot of stuff disappears.

– Category icons disappear
– Widgets areas show default placeholders
– Header image disappear
– Login menu and main menu disappears

Do i need to import more CSS files or how can i resolve this.

As you are using AnsPress RC version, hence copy anspress folder from askbug to askbug-child

Now it works perfect! Thank you for that! Can you explain me why this is?

Hello Rahul, what do you mean with “AnsPress RC version”?

I mentioned this for older version. Now not required.
