child theme

Hi.
I use the anspress-question-answer.
I would like to modify the file to import the anspress-question-answer with child theme.

I use the kleo theme.
So did the folder, as shown below.
kleo-child / anspress-question-answer / theme / default
And copy the file login-signup.php.

Although there is no change to modify the file.

What I’m wrong?

Please help me.
