Can’t have the ask question page to display?
Hi,
I installed Anspress plugins following the instructions, setup the base page, save Anspress options, added the Anspress menu items to my menu. When I click on ‘ask question’ the page is not found!! The question page appears correctly but not the ‘ask question’ page.
http://www.mydomain.com/index.php/anspress_title/ask/
I’ve been struggling since a week to find the solution, reinstalling Anspress again and again.
If someone could help it would be awesome!!

Did you installed cache plugin ? if yes please disable it for AnsPress page.

there is chat/ticket widget at bottom of screen.

I think issue is due to pemalink. please update permalink to %postname%
