NO at the moment. As it cannot be accomplished just by WordPress. Microservice architecture required for implementing user feed and notification queue

It seems that BuddyPress has this functionality. I am curious how difficult it would be to combine the functionality of AnsPress and BuddyPress to enhance the follow, notification, and feed functionality.
