Can I have just 1 category that allows anyone to ask a Q but only a moderator can answer or comment?
I am installing your plugin on a medical website that specializes in medical cannabis. For the most part, it will be set up as a normal Q&A for things like strain choices for particular symptoms or whatever they need to chat about. But I would like one section that is an “Ask the Expert”. I want to make sure the responses can only come from a medical professional. I am not sure it would be legal to solicit medical advice from other patients on an actual medical website.

Regarding giving and soliciting medical advice, I would advise you to check with local laws. In some countries, this might open you and/or the users to legal liability, so its best to check with a legal professional.
