I have the same problem as in this link

It crashes the entire page or entire browser.

What text i need to change?

I changed the theme, same result, so I disable all plugins and found the problem. Anspress 3.0 does not work if the plugin hhquizes is active.

I updated manually but the problem remains the same

This is rather strange. Could you disable and Enable again the Anspress plugin ?

Nothing changes. Ver 2.4.6 perfect, 3.0.1, 3.0.2 etc. block my page with errors.
Maybe is a problem with my theme

Easy to find out, just switch to WP default theme and see what happens.

Can I lose the questions if I update manually by FTP?

Yes do it via ftp, nothing is lost. Just remove the test folder from the zip.
