avatar photo Unable to save 用户的头像无法正常上传保存

用户的头像无法正常上传保存，点击保存提示“successfully”，但是刷新以后，头像就没了。
The user’s avatar can’t be uploaded properly, save it and click save, but after the refresh, the avatar will be gone.
