Thank you, but you have not read what I wrote. I said I already did it in the first sentence. I think I need to delete the theme, reset WordPress, and reinstall the theme.

Hello, Sometime this happens due to server caching method. Can you share link to your site, I will have a look.
Goto AnsPress options on your wordpress dashboard, click on Options and Add-ons, then turn on User Profile option so it turns from gray > green. That is all you need for your user profile to appear just as that of askbug theme. I hope this answers your question.
