Ask a question page not work with WPML

Hi,
I have a problem with the Ask a Question page in combination with WPML.
The page in the default language works correctly.
But if I go to the translation, it only shows the forum file. It shows the same erroneous page both with login and without login.

Can you help me?

It looks like the translated page isn’t linking correctly to the WPML content template or shortcode. Check if the translation includes the correct page builder elements or forum shortcode. Also, ensure WPML settings allow custom post types and templates for translation. Re-saving permalinks and syncing translations might help resolve the issue. myaarpmedicare

It looks like a WPML compatibility issue. Try duplicating the ‘Ask a Question’ page in WPML, then resave permalinks and sync the translations. Also check if the forum plugin has multilingual support.

In WPML, each page should have a corresponding translation. If you’re seeing the wrong page in the translation, it might not be properly linked.

  • Go to Pages in your WordPress dashboard.
  • Look for the “Ask a Question” page (or similar) in both the default and translated languages.
  • If the translated version is missing or incorrect, click on the + button next to the Spanish version (or whichever translation you’re working on) to add the correct translation.
  • If the translation exists, verify that the URL and content are properly set.
