Anyone else having Subscribe/Unsubscribe issues?

I’m having a tough time with figuring out what’s going on with this toggle.

On the category or tag page when I Subscribe, it looks fine and my avatar shows up. Then I hit Unsubscribe and it gives me success alert, but when I refresh the page my avatar is STILL THERE.

On the single question page, I have the opposite issue. Always gives me success alert, but my avatar does NOT show up as a subscriber.

for first issue, do you check your cache plugins?
for second, refresh your single question page.
