I get this issue with latest commit:

Fatal error: Class ‘AnsPress_Actions’ not found in /wp-content/plugins/anspress-question-answer/anspress-question-answer.php on line 320

Look like files not properly synced with github.

Anspress_Actions renamed to Anspress_Hooks.

Can you please fix it then or re-upload it?

Its there now.
