Anspress 4: Voting

Not sure if this is a bug or by design, seems rather strange to me:

When you have up-voted and want to CANCEL your vote, instead to vote DOWN to make it zero, you must VOTE up to Zero it.

Same for down-vote. To cancel a -1 vote you must down vote once more !
