Anonymous REPLIES
Now that various uploading is allowed, it would be better to restrict that to logged users.
Also you have promised a long time ago to include a feature that we can disable REPLIES from anonymous. That is split the POST/REPLY for anomymous to two different options (POST one , REPLY second).

About #2, There is ONE setting for Anonymoys.
“Non-loggedin user can post questions and answers.”
Sometimes the wanted behavior is to Allow anonymous Questions but NOT Answers.
