I activated a ‘Hide page titles’ plugin, that’s why…
Now problem is how to show title of question and not title of page : /

And my idea of depending by the ‘Hide page titles’ plugin is wrong, it works only on pages where this feature is flagged…

The theme won’t update from 1.7 to 1.7, if you remember. So this is a manual update needed then?
I downloaded the theme manually and the read.me says its version 1.5 with the latest file dates in December. So are you distributing the AskBug theme from Github now?

It properly updated to 1.7 and not showing update for 1.7, Our demo site is updated using normal WP theme updated process.
