“Active” tab is always empty

“Active” tab is always empty

I’ve been researching but cannot determine why the “Active” tab is always empty. You can click on Newest and see the two test posts I’ve done there, you can click on Voted and there is data there too.

It seems whatever I do I cannot get anything to appear on the Active tab.
