How do I change Profile Picture/avatar?

I’ve checked every profile areas but I can’t seem to find how to change my profile picture. And again, is it possible to add extra field in the basic profile.

Also make sure you have given proper user capabilities to current user role. check AnsPress Options -> roles

This is so not intuitive 🙁 Should be (in my opinion) in the profile edit page as a simple input file field.
