Decision Tree plugin not allowing to add description to the question

I’m using AnswerBox theme and the Anspress Plugin.
When installed the https://wordpress.org/plugins/sidecar-decision-tree/ Decision Tree plugin, the users could not add the description to the question.

There may be a JS error by that plugin. Please let the plugin author know about it.
