Sorting by Categories and Tags not showing

Hi guys,
I have installed the AnsPress plugin includes additional plugins Category and Tags, but the sorting by Categories and Tags are not available for me on front-end. There is showed only basic sorting.
Is there anything else what I have to set up, please?

I think category and tags are disabled, please check once.

Rahul,
Category and Tag are activated as well… I can see settings in administration of WordPress, it is shown on page Ask question in frontend, but it does not shown as filters on page Lists of question in frontend.

On the page I use this shortcode [anspress].
