How add function to choose multiple best answer with some awards icon at below the avtar image

please please please  help to choose multiple best answer with some awards icon
is it possible to replace “select” button with dropdown manu which contain 4 options to select best answer , such as Model answer(admin answer) ,Gold medal ,Silver medal ,Bronze medal and Unselect “
this options are  by default sticky and should be hierarchical in order as Model answer ,Gold ,Silver and Bronze
