how to redirect to anspress user page

When user name is clicked on the page that are not anspress, list of blog post by that user shows up. I am trying to figure out how to have anspress user page show up instead of blog post search page. Any ideas?

PS. I am also curious when the comment box not appearing issue will be resolved. Thanks a lot!
