Ask form has double in each fields
Hello, i have a trouble when using shortcode for ask form. I create a popup for ask form, it’s good. But in the Ask form Page, it’s auto double each fields in form. (Using ask form in sidebar has this trouble too). When i want to edit the answers, that form is double fields too. Please help me how to fix it. Thank you.
PS: I am using the newest version.

My plugins are:
Autoptimize, Classic Editor, Disable Google Fonts, Loco Translate, Popup Maker, Really Simple SSL, Shortcode in Menus, TinyMCE Advanced, User Registration, WordPress Importer, WP Super Cache, WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress Cache
