WordPress default post comment fields will disappear

it is theme-related, the comment fields will show up if I use Twenty Seventeen.

but one of default post will show as this way:

and if Anspress is deactivate, it will properly:http://prntscr.com/j4cs7a

so, this issue is related theme, but also related to Anspress.

I have our super administrator account, if you need, you can have a test.

The comment is works for me now, it seems fixed.
both for my theme and twenty seventh.

it seems that wordpress take question as default post but not custom post type.
