Hey,

Whenever I click on a user to see their profile it says Anonymous…and not their name, and cant see any info on them either. Not sure whats wrong.

Would really appreciate some help.

Is there any special character in user name ? Can you give me link to your site ?

That is just an example of a user. Every time i test commenting/answering…the reps just go to the first user…who is still anon when i click on it. Thanks for the help!

I see, http://platform.hindsight.io/?page_id=4&ap_page=user&user=ather2 is working fine. is user hindsightinc exists ?

well when i click on ather2 i still see Anonymous and Rep 12, and i just answered some test question using hindsighinc and the points get attributed properly but still is anon as well. Yep hindsightinc is the admin account. Thanks!

Yes (may be a bug), will you try once enabling permalink ?

Go to http://YOURDOMAIN/wp-admin/options-permalink.php and select post type and save
