User Password Profile Update

It seem that the hook used when a user change his password from Front-End form, is the same hook that is used when I have new user ?

I use “Better Notifications for WordPress” plugin to send a Welcome message to new user. When a user change his password from the front-end form, he receive the Welcome message again…
