My user pages (profil, questions, …) show a Page Not Found. Do I need to install Buddypress to fix it ?

I use the /%postname%/ permalink structure.

No, you do not need to install BuddyPress to use AnsPress profile, AnsPress has its own profile. Please answer below questions and I will tell you the problem.

What is user page slug ?
user or users ?
Is there any page exists with same name as user page slug ?

1- My page slug is : ../utilisateur/USERNAME/profile/ (utilisateur is in french)
2- Neither
3- No

Yeh, look like a bug. when using user slug it works. I will fix it.
