Upload image option is not working in my website

I am using latest Version but after clicking on browse button and selecting image it is showing Successfully added image but the popup is not closing.. I have tried deactivating all plugins, themes but no use.. Can you please help me in this..

Maybe, like me, you have Quick tags editor enabled.
