The need for anonymous comment permission

Hello Rahul, I know a lot of people has demanded for this option in the past, this is me lending my voice to the need for anonymous comment on questions. It is even more important that anonymous asking or answering questions.

I summary, please let us have anonymous comment as soon as possible. While at that, don’t forget the need for reCaptcha on the form to reduce incidences of spam.
