SEO Issues

Is anyone experiencing issues like the following:
I have a lot of errors in the search console and other SEO dashboards and 99% of them are related to AnsPress Q&As.
Here is an example:
Duplicate page titles and descriptions
3 346 pages (82%) have the same title.

Another thing. In the search console, I have this URL https://mysite.com/?ap_page=shortlink&ap_a=18325, when I paste it on Google it redirects me to https://mysite.com/question/is-clam-chowder-safe-during-pregnancy/answer/18325/, which is an answer to a question. Isn’t it possible to have the second URL discoverable by Google instead of one to be redirected?
How can I fix all that?
