I have the latest version of wordpress and Anspress plugin. I have set the base page and ask page and the question form is visible, but when the question is submitted nothing happens and it doesn’t get posted. I am confused between Ask page slug and Question Page slug and I think I may have configured it wrongly.

Pages Configuration:

My Base Page: www.forums.mydomain.com/central, I have added the [anspress] shortcode.

Ask Page published: http://forums.mydomain.com/central/ask , Anspress Options>> Question Page Slug: ask.

Question Page published: http://forums.mydomain.com/question, Anspress Options>> Question Page Slug: question.

As you see, I am really confused between differences between ask and question page. Please let me know what I am doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

Common issue is due to JSON error. Please check what is the response of ajax request in console. This happens if PHP error is returned along with ajax response.

Hey Rahul, You are right, I was trying to disable Ajax based plugins one by one, and finally pinned at the Captcha option in AnsPress plugin itself. Did you try it at your end?
