Question Comment html and user mention bug

HI,

First I must appreciate anspress plugin. This is really awesome.

I am using this plugin with buddypress. And I have found some issue,

1st when I comment on any question, it does not escape html. I mean it prints entire html. For example if I mention any user in comment section. It print anchor tag with html rather than a link.

2nd issue is related to mention user in answer section. Because I am using buddypress and Anspress together. So, when I mention any user in answer section than user link should be the buddypress profile link. but it is anspress profile. In comment section is shows user link of buddypress profile which is correct but in Answer section user link is anspress profile which is incorrect.

I hope, I explained both bugs well.

One my suggestion is also, by default comment is hidden, user has to click on comment to show all comment. I suggest it by default it should be visible.
