Please help. Not able to log in

Please help me in resolving the undermentioned issue.

I was trying to use Anspress plugin on my website. For posting questions it is asking for logging in into the website. But I tried logging in using Anspress account, gmail account, wordpress account. I am not able to log in.

the site is being directed to wordpress page and it is showing me this error message again and again:

ERROR: Incorrect username or password.

ERROR: Too many failed login attempts.

Please help how can i login and see how anspress is working
