Participants can’t ask questions, the user role capability doesn’t save for participants only.

well in my forum, only participants user basic capability couldn’t be saved. It accepts the check mark and saves but when you check it again it shows all the options for basic capablity as unchecked.. Rest every group is working fine.. Please help?
